Stop guessing about people problems.
Leadership, hiring, teams, and culture are connected — and when one breaks, performance pays the price.
I help leaders determine what’s really wrong and fix it with data, not drama.
Most “people problems” aren’t really people problems.
They’re system problems showing up through people.
I help leaders identify the root causes behind things like:
• mis-hires that never quite work
• teams that stay busy but never align
• leaders carrying too much without realizing it
• cultures that reward the wrong behaviors
This work isn’t about motivation.
It’s about clarity, leadership health, and execution.
The Workforce MD approach
Healthy organizations treat human behavior as data, not drama.
When you determine the real issues — expectations, roles, leadership habits, and decision systems — teams move faster and perform better.
Most companies make money in spite of themselves.
The right clarity helps them finally operate on purpose.
How I got here
I started my career in business, then spent time in the classroom — where I learned something important:
People don’t fail in isolation.
Systems fail people.
When I returned to consulting, I saw the same pattern everywhere.
That’s why my work focuses on determining the system behind the symptom.
Who I am
I’m warm, curious, and quick to laugh — but I’m not a cheerleader.
I don’t sell platitudes or corporate fluff.
Some medicine tastes bad.
It’s still what makes you healthier.
If you want someone who will tell you the truth about what’s happening in your organization — and help you fix it — we’ll work well together.
I’m also the co-founder of Compassionate Response Consulting, which helps organizations prepare for real-world disruptions that impact their workforce and leadership.
In addition to consulting, I regularly speak with leadership teams and advisor groups about leadership clarity, team dynamics, and execution risk.
White-knuckling your way through people problems isn’t a strategy.
If you’re ready to stop guessing and start getting clarity, let’s talk.
